Nikispeak again
First thing that happened to me this morning:
Niki: Dad, wake up! It is nearly 6.
Me: Why are you awake? (She still has some jetlag)
Niki: I have been awake since 3:45
Me: What? You are going to be in trouble in school.
Niki: Relax dad! I am planning to sleep during Social Studies!!
I think sometimes she forgets that she is still 9 years old.

Given some of the dialogues I get from Aadi (same age as Niki), I can imagine what it is to be around Niki 🙂 firstly a gal (supposedly girls are smarter than boys until 12 when boys catch up); moreover has an elder sibling…..so learning curve is much steeper. Niki, keep it up – appreciate keeping us entertained – great refreshers between quick work breaks 🙂
Niki at least had a reason. Her dad did not, in D13 🙂 🙂
