I thought it was Puchka (unless it follows the Bengali rule ..V becomes B like Rajiv 🙂 ) Paani Puri has various names – others I know of are Puchka, Gol Gappa, Paani Batasha and gupchup. Any more?

vodka is a known alcoholic supplement for Gol Gappas. Wine is a new one.
With red wine??? Was it the substitute for khatta???? If it was how was it??? eager to know……. 🙂
