Coffee walk with Jay Jay

Jay Jay joined in our Saturday morning coffee routine. Except that the coffee place does not allow dogs in. So, we went around walking in an overcast morning.

We reached a compromise

Every night before we go to bed, Jay Jay engages me in a veritable battle of wits. I try to get him to sleep in his own bed (on the floor right next to our bed) and he makes mincemeat of all my coaxing and cajoling and jumps on to our bed and settles in comfortably.

After a couple of rounds of to and fro this night, we finally settled for a compromise!

Run with Jay Jay

Instead of our evening walk, Jay Jay and I ran from home to Chiringa in downtown Alpharetta. He was still full of energy after we reached there. Rebekah gave him a treat. And then he decided to run back home too!

You know what made the evening really awesome? Grabbing a samosa from Curry Up Now and a glass of wine from Chiringa before both of us settled down!

Probably the last boat ride this year

The weather warmed up quite a bit in Atlanta. Went out for a bot ride with Sharmila and Jay Jay. The one challenge this time of the year is that most of the lakeside restaurants and bars are closed for the season.
