Woke up this morning after some more rains overnight. Temperatures had dropped down considerably. The clouds – especially in the north had covered the sky and there was a light breeze. Changing up my routine, took the motorbike out early in the morning. It felt a bit chilly above 50mph. Great temperatures for riding!!

It was sweltering hot the entire ride to Ballground. But was glad to see Autumn and Hannah after quite some time. On the ride back caught a bit of rain but seems like I missed the downpour that went thru Alpharetta about 15 minutes before I arrived.

Most of the time in the motorbike is spent trying to think thru which coffee shop to stop at! Tried out a new one today.

It has taken me about 19 months to get here. With Phoenix, that milestone was reached in 14 months!

I was dreading all the red lights… As long as I was in motion, there was some wind but every time I stopped, I felt like throwing the helmet and jacket down… it was getting so hot inside.

Well, I did get one respite while filling in gas. Sitting on a motorbike for 2 hours 15 minutes cam make one very sore…

It was so hot and humid that, uncharacteristically, I stopped for an ice cream instead of a coffee!!

Looked up a new coffee spot in Jasper and rode the motorbike 45 miles to reach it. Only to find that they are drive up only!! I was too hungry to stop anywhere. Came back home and had lunch with Jay Jay.

With all these nonstop vacationing, I had not had a motorbike ride for quite a few days. Fixed that problem today.

Rode the bike to meet Nikita at Summit Coffee in Roswell. Unfortunately, their espresso machine was down. So we had tea. Hot for me. Cold for her!
