8Km run in confusing roads of Dunwoody. I say “confusing” because the original plan was to run 5km before I got lost 🙂 — at Starbucks.

Monday early morning 5K run to test the knee. The ligaments are still sore (I pulled them bad in the pool over the weekend). Hope to “limp back to normal” soon…

4 miles quick run in Reston. Ever since we moved office from Arlington to Reston, the thing I missed most is running by the Potomac 🙁

10 mile run at 1 pm. The heat and humidity took its toll in speed. 1 hour 50 minutes. Now to jump in the pool…..
