I am no lepidopterist but I believe this is a Western Tiger Swallowtail.

A Georgia yellowjacket enjoying the cherry left from my cocktail. The bourbon should kick in soon. Would be fun to watch the yellowjacket get a “buzz”, If you get the drift of what I am saying… 🙂

Sitting in the backyard with wine (and no salad 😉 ), looked up to see a helicopter go by and noticed the resplendent colts of the sky in dusk…

Usual date night place on Sunday evening. With one big difference – the son of our favorite bartender Alexis was there. And I happened to have an iPad handy. The result was awesome fun.

Today’s code word? That would be “Poof”. Which means the Erase All button on his favorite chalkboard App 🙂
