From the bartender’s corner – Polar Bear

This is from the menu of the bar Trick Dog in San Francisco. The bar had introduced this drink about 6 years back. This is essentially a varation of the brandy based drink Stinger.

Mezcal, dry vermouth, creme de menthe and bitters.
